Warm poppy seed tartlet with honey parfait
Warm poppy seed tartlet
for 4
Ingredients:
- 50 g melted butter
- 30 g sugar
- 20 g honey
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 g grated almonds
- 50 g grated poppy seeds
- Some lemon zest
- 1 tbsp. rum
- 1 egg white, beaten with 20 g sugar
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients well. Fold in the beaten egg white with the sugar. Prepare buttered and sugared moulds and fill the tartlets in. Bake at 150° for 45 minutes.
Honey parfait
Ingredients:
- 40 g egg yolk
- 20 g powdered sugar
- 60 g honey
- 200 g beaten cream
Preparation:
Beat the egg yolk warm and cold, add powdered sugar and honey. Fold in the beaten cream and deep-freeze. Sprinkle the warm poppy seed tartlet with powdered sugar on the plate, garnish with fruit and serve with two slices of parfait.
